The Retreat Venue

 

Mana Retreat is a sanctuary nestled in the bush covered hills of the Coromandel Ranges. It is a registered charitable trust that has been established for the exploration and awakening of consciousness, the unfolding of our creative and healing potential and realisation of our essential Unity.

 

Embracing mountain, bush and sea, Mana Retreat provides a perfect atmosphere for the enrichment of body, mind and spirit. A stunning location that is used by many leaders in the field of personal development and wellness.  

 

 

The Meals

 

This retreat’s intention for healing extends to the cuisine with beautifully prepared mostly organic vegetarian food. Special dietary requirements are available and can be tailored to individual needs. Please specify when making your booking.

 

Your primary facilitator for this retreat will be Lisa Turnbull

 

Lisa is a naturopath, counsellor, energetic healer, meditation teacher and group facilitator with over 15 years’ experience working in the field of complementary medicine. She is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Wellness and lives her life passionately supporting others to embrace their Mind-Body-Soul connection. Lisa has a natural insightful style of facilitating workshops and seminars. One of her gifts as a facilitator is her capacity to be able to take a group of people and support them to connect with their own internal wisdom, awareness and authenticity.

 

 

Program and Workshops

 

This retreat offers a combination of options creating a program that is designed to enhance your state of well-being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Daily hiking, meditation, group connection, inspirational personal workshops and vegetarian whole food cuisine all in a beautiful setting are available to support your experience on this retreat.

 

We are providing a unique variety of workshops designed to assist with improving your relationship and connection to your mind, body and soul.  These workshops are optional and will be provided for you to further explore your relationship with yourself. They have been specifically designed to ignite your inner spirit, improve your vitality, expand your awareness and connect you to your soul.

Registration

 

To hold your place a $400 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. A payment plan is available the final payment is due by the 30th May 2014. (Please see your booking registration information for more details on payments).

The preferred payment method is by direct debit to avoid banking fees although you can also pay it by credit card. There is a 1.9% fee for credit card payments.

This retreat caters for approximately 18 participants.

 

For ease we have a travel manager Lee-Anne Talbot. Lee-Anne is available to support you to book your flights and transfers.  Once you have paid your deposit we will send you a package that includes a welcome letter and more detailed information regarding logistics, suggested flights, passport and visa information and what to pack.

 

What is not included:

 

Airfares to and from Auckland New Zealand

Transfers to and from Auckland airport to the centre.

Personal purchases

Travel Insurance (which is compulsory)

 

Please Note:

 

  • This retreat is approximately 2 hours from the airport. Our travel manager has put a package together that includes flight and transfers. Please speak to her before booking flights.

  • The retreat starts from 5pm Wednesday 30th July and concludes 10am Monday 4th August.

 

Summary:
